Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the frontline representative of Trouw Nutrition, assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your role will include:
✔ Customer Advisory: Guide customers on product selection, alternatives, and solutions.
✔ Order Processing: Manage incoming orders, track deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
✔ Sales Support: Follow up with customers, provide quotes, and promote products.
✔ Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions.
✔ Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our automated system.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Interaction:

Advise customers on product applications, pricing, and delivery options.

Proactively follow up to enhance customer engagement.

Order & Inventory Coordination:

Process and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Work closely with logistics and purchasing teams.

Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
✔ Experience: 2-3 years in retail sales or customer service (preferred).
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.
✔ Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
✔ Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle products.
✔ Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
