Available Positions:

The Development Communication Project offers the following positions, all based in Islamabad. These roles are contract-based and fall under the Project Pay Scale (PPS):

1. Communication Strategist (PPS-09) – 1 Position

   • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage audiences and disseminate project information.

   • Ideal candidates should have experience in policy communication.

2. Editor/ Publications Specialist (PPS-09) – 1 Position

   • Oversee the production of high-quality publications, ensuring editorial standards are met.

   • Responsible for producing research-based content and project documentation.

3. Media Specialist / Program Officer (PPS-08) – 1 Position

   • Manage media relations, develop media content, and coordinate outreach efforts.

   • Requires a sound understanding of media trends and program coordination.

4. Manager Admin & Finance (PPS-08) – 1 Position

   • Oversee administrative and financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

5. Creative Content Writer (PPS-08) – 1 Position

   • Write creative, informative, and persuasive content for various platforms, including websites and social media.

   • Strong language skills and creativity are essential.

6. Graphic Designer (PPS-07) – 1 Position

   • Design visually attractive communication materials, such as brochures, posters, and infographics.

   • Must be proficient in relevant design software.

7. Computer Operator (PPS-06) – 1 Position

   • Provide IT support, manage data entry, and assist with digital project documentation tasks.
