🔍 Detailed Responsibilities for Digital Learning Operations Coordinator

1. Platform Management & Operations (30%)

• Serve as primary administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Manage user onboarding, permissions, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with IT providers on system updates and integrations
• Document processes and maintain knowledge base

2. Course Deployment & Support (20%)

• Partner with content team to publish new courses and materials
• Ensure all content meets accessibility and UX standards
• Provide technical support to internal subject matter experts
• Maintain version control and content archives

3. Marketplace & User Experience (20%)

• Oversee our training marketplace (Shopify-based platform)
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics and sales data
• Implement A/B tests to optimize conversion
• Gather and synthesize user feedback

4. Freelancer & Vendor Coordination (15%)

• Manage relationships with designers, developers, and content creators
• Develop scopes of work and manage deliverables
• Ensure quality control and brand consistency

5. Internal Tools & Learning Support (15%)

• Support People & Culture team with employee learning initiatives
• Research and recommend new edtech tools
• Train staff on learning platforms

🎓 Qualifications & Competencies

Technical Skills

✅ 3+ years experience with LMS administration (Moodle, Canvas, Docebo, etc.)
