Walk-in Interview Announcement
The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Information Technology Board is holding a walk-in interview for several exciting positions on 10th March 2025, between 10:00 AM and 03:00 PM. The interviews will take place at the IT Board office in Muzaffarabad. We’re inviting applications from qualified candidates for contractual roles under two key projects:
Computerization of Land Record in AJ&K Phase-I
Establishment of Telehealth Centers in AJ&K
Positions Available:
1. System Engineers
BPS: 17
Vacancies: 3
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
BS (CS/SE/CE), MCS, or related IT field from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large IT projects
Strong knowledge of networking, development tools, and troubleshooting
Preference for candidates from Muzaffarabad, Bhimber & Khuratta
2. Service Center Officials / Stenographers
BPS: 14
Vacancies: 4
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
2 Years BA/BSc/B.Com/BIT/BS(CS) (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university
1-year IT diploma
Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM
Minimum 2 years of data entry experience in a government/local or foreign organization
Preference for candidates from Athmaqam, Khuratta & Mirpur
3. Guards for Service Centers
BPS: 01
Vacancies: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
Middle-level education
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Preference for candidates from Athmaqam & Mirpur
4. Technical Assistant
BPS: 16
Vacancies: 2
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc/DAE (Electronics) with 1-year IT diploma or BCS/MCS
At least 1 year of experience in data processing, documentation, equipment maintenance, and networking
Preference for candidates from Muzaffarabad & Leepa

Selection will be based purely on merit.
Candidates should bring a hard copy of their application, CV, HEC-attested copies of certificates/degrees, experience certificate, two passport-size photos, and original documents for the interview.
