Divisional Manager – Job Details
Position Overview:
The Divisional Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the smooth execution of urban projects across various districts in Pakistan. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, experience in survey management, and a passion for urban development.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all census field activities across multiple districts within the assigned division.

Supervise District Managers and Survey Supervisors to ensure efficient survey execution and productivity.
-
Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Report progress and performance to upper management regularly.
-
Conduct training and capacity-building programs for field staff, ensuring efficient data collection and reporting.
-
Develop and implement strategies for improving data collection methods.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum Education: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution).

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in managing or conducting surveys.

Skills: Proven experience in project management, excellent leadership, and team coordination abilities.
Key Skills:

Strong understanding of urban development processes.

Proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting.

Ability to work in a team and manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: MS/MPhil or Bachelor’s (Hons) with a minimum of 16 years of education.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in managing or conducting surveys or similar project activities.
