🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Institutions: Must be HEC-recognized or equivalent.

• Computer Literacy: Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is mandatory.

• Experience: Required only for Assistant Registrar; other roles can be applied for by fresh candidates meeting the basic skill requirements.

💰 Salary Package

All appointments are on a regular BPS scale with salaries, allowances, and benefits as per government service rules:

• BPS-17: Approx. PKR 90,000 – 120,000/month

• BPS-16: Approx. PKR 70,000 – 85,000/month

• BPS-14 – BPS-11: Approx. PKR 35,000 – 55,000/month

Note: Actual salary may vary based on service location and allowances.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Appearance: All candidates may appear in the ETEA test, but final selection will be based on detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority.

2. Application Submission: All applications must be submitted online through ETEA. Before fee submission, CNIC verification via NADRA E-Sahulat is mandatory.

3. Domicile Requirement: Only candidates with valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts domicile are eligible.

4. Merit-Based Recruitment: Shortlisting and interviews will be based on ETEA test results.

5. One Post per Application: Each position requires a separate application and fee.

6. Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with NOC.

7. Interview: Original documents and CNIC must be produced at the time of the interview.

8. Incomplete or Late Applications: Will not be entertained under any circumstances.

9. Age Relaxation: Applicable as per existing government rules.
