Detailed Position Information:
1. Administration:

Strong leadership and management skills.

Expertise in confidential record handling, office management, procurement regulations, and real estate administration.

Qualifications: Master’s/MBA preferred.
2. Finance & Accounts:

Deep knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications: CA, ACCA, MBA (Finance).
3. Sales & Marketing:

Experienced in real estate marketing and sales management.

Creative thinkers with expertise in branding, promotions, and campaign development.

Qualifications: MBA (Marketing) or relevant field.
4. Technical & Infrastructure:

Expertise in civil engineering, electrical maintenance, and project management.

Skilled in AutoCAD, surveying, construction management, and lab testing procedures.

Qualifications: BSc (Civil), DAE (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), relevant diplomas.
5. Human Resources and Procurement:

Talent acquisition, employee relations, and procurement management.

Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and procurement standards.

Qualifications: MBA (HR), Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or relevant fields.
