Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in RPA, Agile, or related fields are a plus.
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development, including 3 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Skills Required:

Expertise in RPA development and implementation.

Strong understanding of AI/ML integrations and process mapping.

Ability to manage and scale automation teams.

Agile methodologies experience for project management.

2. Team Lead – Robotic Process Automation (OG-I/AVP)
Reporting To: Unit Head – IT Process Automation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant certifications in RPA or Agile methodologies are preferred.
Experience:

Minimum 5 years in RPA, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills Required:

Strong programming and development skills.

Deep understanding of RPA frameworks and AI/ML integrations.

Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in IT application support, with experience in front-office applications.
Skills Required:

Strong troubleshooting and technical support abilities.

Experience with front-office application optimization and performance improvement.

Ability to manage and improve application performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead operational support for front-office applications.

Perform issue analysis and provide technical solutions.

Ensure smooth application operations through software upgrades.
4. IT Application Support Officer (OG-III/OG-II)
Reporting To: Team Lead – Applications Support
