- Oversee complete branch operations including sales, customer service, and administration

- Ensure strict compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university
- 5+ years banking experience with 2+ years in branch management
- Strong understanding of Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT compliance

2. Branch Operations Manager (OG-III / OG-II)

📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily branch operations and transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Manage cash management, vault operations, and branch security
- Oversee customer service standards and complaint resolution
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to head office
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Finance)
- 4+ years banking experience with 2+ years in branch operations
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office
- Thorough knowledge of SBP regulations and operational risk management
3. Teller (OG-III / OG-IV)
📍 Locations: Gilgit (Thal), Hub (Balochistan), Wah Cantt
📋 Position Summary:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque clearing
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification
- 1+ year banking experience (fresh candidates may apply)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong numerical and communication skills
