1.Privatization Specialist:
Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, those with professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA will have an advantage. Having at least 15 years of proven experience in corporate finance, privatization, public sector reforms, or transaction advisory services is essential. Ideally, this experience should be in Pakistan or similar emerging markets. Successfully handling privatization transaction advisory mandates and attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) are key requirements. Furthermore, strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, asset valuation, regulatory compliance, and economic analysis is necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills will help in effectively managing responsibilities. 2.Corporate Legal Advisor: Candidates must have an LL.B. or LL.M. degree and be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan. They need at least 15 years of legal experience with significant expertise in either the public or private sector. They should have proven skills in legal drafting, contract negotiations, privatization matters, litigation, and handling public-private partnership (PPP) transactions, including G2G transactions and public procurement. 3.Industrial Economist: Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in Economics, Public Finance, International Trade, or a related field. They need at least 15 years of experience in economic analysis, industrial research, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior position. Preference goes to those with experience in international organizations. They must demonstrate expertise in working with statistical and econometric software. Proficiency in quantitative forecasting, policy analysis, and data interpretation is essential. A strong understanding of economic models, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement is necessary. 4.Industrial Policy Advisor: Candidates must have a master’s degree or higher in Industrial Management or Development Economics. Preference goes to those with experience in international organizations. They should have strong expertise in economic policies, market dynamics, and industrial policy development. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Candidates with academic qualifications in Economics, Public Policy, or related fields will be preferred.
