Education Requirements

• Secondary School Teacher (SST): At least a Second Class (Grade C) Master’s degree (16 years of education) in any subject from an HEC-recognized university, along with B.Ed or an equivalent teaching diploma. (Note: Candidates with an M.A. in Education Planning & Management (EPM) are also eligible.)

• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): At least a Second Class (Grade C) Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university, along with B.Ed or an equivalent professional teaching qualification.

Age Limit (as on closing date)

Age Relaxation Policy

• 3 years – Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribal Areas, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, or Sindh (Rural) areas.

• 10 years – Government servants who have completed at least 2 years of continuous service.

• 10 years – Persons with disabilities.

Selection Process

Written Test: After the application period, FGEI will scrutinize all submissions and shortlist eligible candidates for a written test.
